Reverse engineering (also known as reverse technology), is a product design technology reproduction process, that is, a target product for reverse analysis and research, which deduces and draws the product processing flow, organizational structure, functional characteristics and technical specifications and other design elements, in order to produce products that are similar in functionality but not exactly the same. The main objective is to derive the design principles of the product directly from the analysis of the finished product when the necessary production information is not readily available.
